STORMS RESULTED IN AN ACCUMULATION TO A DEPTH
OF 18 INCHES ON THE
6TH...BUT THIS WAS THE LAST MEASURABLE SNOW OF
THE WINTER. AFTER
MID FEBRUARY...THE COLD GRADUALLY EASED.
THIS RESULTED IN A GENTLE
